• Process and submit tickets efficiently for client requests or initiatives, working with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Demonstrated experience in administrative support or customer service positions.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for handling multiple tasks at once.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, ideally Gainsight, and other relevant tools.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
