• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding, training, and continuous support for clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to comprehend their objectives and ensure their success.
• Assist new clients through the onboarding journey to guarantee a seamless implementation of our product/service.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions customized to meet client needs.
• Actively monitor client health and engagement, pinpointing risks and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to discover upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Represent the client's interests within the organization to promptly resolve issues.
• Work closely with technical and product teams to address client feedback and enhance user experience.
• Monitor and evaluate key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), churn rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding client trends and areas for enhancement.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field.
• Experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or finance sectors is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango).
• Capability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for facilitating others' success.
• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
• **Internet Connection:**
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
- Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
- Backup connection must support work during a power outage.
• **Primary Device:**
- Desktop or laptop with at least:
