• Provide customer and technical support, including assistance with troubleshooting and installation/deployment for engineers.

• Efficiently resolve inquiries by adhering to support procedures, escalating complex issues to Level 2 when necessary.

• Ensure data privacy and security compliance while working collaboratively with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
