Italian Customer Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian (C2 Level or Native).

• Adequate command of English (B2 level).

• Typing proficiency of 25 words per minute.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

• Competent computer skills.

• Any prior experience or interaction with clients.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong listening and empathy skills.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Team-oriented and adaptable.

• EU passport or Greek residence permit.
