IT Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the execution of IT projects encompassing infrastructure, applications, and business systems.

• Responsible for project timelines, scope, deliverables, and monitoring risks and dependencies.

• Collaborates closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.

• Leading and coordinating executive-level projects, guiding senior teams towards successful outcomes.

• Managing multiple projects with a deep understanding of priorities.

• Steering the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

• Working alongside a team of project managers focused on achieving measurable results, including KPIs.

• Knowledge or experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with process management tools.

• Promoting a culture of innovation, standardization, and best practices within the team.

• Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in project or program management roles, ideally within technology-focused companies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office and project/process management tools; familiarity with AI tools is also preferred.

• Expertise in project and program management phases, including stakeholder and change management.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

• Detail-oriented experience with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, particularly in process improvement.

• Demonstrated capability in task prioritization, time management, and independent work.

• High proficiency in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous, with Japanese being a plus.

• Experience in governance coordination and supporting a robust framework for the Executive Team.

• Background in Sales, Services, or Support, with cross-functional experience being beneficial.
