IT Systems – Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of hardware for students and faculty, ensuring devices are properly configured, regularly updated, and secured.

• Maintain and troubleshoot the campus IP networks while implementing best practices for security.

• Supervise the management of software licenses and subscriptions, guaranteeing that faculty and students have continuous access to vital educational resources.

• Collaborate with Senior IT Specialists on infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security assessments, while gaining insights into high-level architectural planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Systems Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration.

• Experience with Blackbaud Suite Support is preferred.

• Knowledge of Subscription Management is highly sought after.
