IT Systems Manager, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the deployment, management, and ongoing enhancement of a rapidly expanding fintech company's workplace technology stack, which includes SaaS platforms, identity integrations, and automation workflows.

• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, and internal teams to guarantee that all systems are secure, scalable, and provide a seamless experience for every employee.

• Oversee and optimize the complete range of workplace SaaS applications, including Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Azure, AWS, Zoom, and similar platforms, while monitoring application health, license usage, user access, and service configurations at all times.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring precise and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across all platforms.

• Partner with the Cloud & Workplace lead to consistently enhance the employee technology experience through dependable, secure, and well-maintained SaaS tools.

• Provide support for SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, and IAM workflows across essential SaaS applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across both federated and managed applications.

• Create and maintain scripts and low-code workflows to automate routine SaaS operations.

• Identify opportunities for self-service, delegation, and consistency in administration across the technology stack.

• Address escalations regarding SaaS application functionality, access issues, and service interruptions.

• Document solutions, maintain internal knowledge bases (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint), and contribute to a culture of transparency and technical clarity within the team.

• Engage in SaaS rollouts, platform integrations, tool rationalization initiatives, and support workplace and Security teams during audits or vendor transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in workplace technology, SaaS engineering, or enterprise IT administration, with a history of managing intricate, multi-platform environments.

• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Azure, or equivalent enterprise SaaS tools — you are very familiar with these platforms.

• Strong understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and OAuth, with real-world experience in implementing SSO integrations in production environments.

• Proficient in scripting or workflow automation — PowerShell, Python, or equivalent — with the capability to develop reliable automations that lessen manual workload and enhance consistency.

• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, communicate effectively, and provide high-quality support in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Strong documentation skills — you ensure every system, process, and integration is better documented than you found it.

• A proactive and ownership-driven approach — you identify issues before they escalate and take initiative without needing to be prompted.

• Bonus: experience with Microsoft Entra or other IDaaS platforms.

• Bonus: knowledge of device management and principles of SaaS governance.

• Bonus: understanding of ITIL, SaaS lifecycle management, or best practices in license optimization.
