This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise essential business systems, ensuring they are secure, stable, efficient, and in alignment with business goals.
• Cultivate relationships with external IT vendors, software suppliers, and technology partners to guarantee service quality and performance.
• Direct and coordinate IT projects, system enhancements, and technological initiatives to support both operational and strategic objectives.
• Oversee system integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity to ensure precise, secure, and efficient information exchange.
• Discover opportunities to enhance system performance, cut costs, streamline processes, and elevate digital capabilities.
• Administer website systems, digital platforms, and customer-facing technology, including online quotation and purchasing processes.
• Offer technology leadership through reporting, troubleshooting, governance, vendor management, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related area, accompanied by 5+ years of experience in IT systems management or technology leadership positions.
• Strong comprehension of systems architecture, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and critical business technology platforms.
• Established experience in managing IT vendors, software providers, service levels, and relationships with technology partners.
• Proven track record of delivering technology projects and facilitating improvements in systems, processes, and operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT security, compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management within business settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Commercially astute, highly organized, and proficient in balancing strategic planning with practical troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
