IT Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of solutions based on Microsoft Azure.

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines along with infrastructure as code (IaC) to optimize development and operational efficiency.

• Manage and address IT ticket requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

• Keep IT systems compliant with applicable regulations, including GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

• Continuously enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and various departments to ensure IT strategies align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in DevOps methodologies.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Strong background in managing IT ticket requests and delivering end-user support.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools.

• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act).

• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and DevOps certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are advantageous.
