This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the main technical implementation liaison for Subscriber IT teams involved in integration, analytics, and AI deployment initiatives.
• Facilitate technical discovery meetings to gather, document, and confirm integration and automation requirements.
• Establish and nurture trusted working relationships with Subscriber stakeholders, including IT managers, system administrators, and enterprise architects.
• Convert complex and unclear customer requirements into precise and actionable engineering specifications.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of systems integration projects, encompassing HR data synchronization, Single Sign-On (SSO/SAML/SCIM) implementations, application-specific data migrations, and API-driven record updates.
• Create and document data mapping specifications, API integration workflows, and system architecture diagrams.
• Configure, test, and validate integrations in partnership with Subscriber IT teams and internal Engineering.
• Diagnose integration failures, data inconsistencies, and connectivity challenges throughout the implementation phases.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent Subscriber engagements.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to integrate Agentic AI capabilities within subscriber instances.
• Work with Subscriber IT teams to identify workflow automation opportunities and outline requirements for AI agent implementations.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirement specifications, integration design documents, test plans, and go-live runbooks.
• Provide constructive feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on experiences from Subscriber implementations.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems implementation, solutions engineering, IT integration, or a technical consulting role.
• Strong working knowledge of systems integration principles, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data workflow design.
• Practical experience with one or more of the following: SSO/SAML/SCIM protocols, HRIS platform integrations (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors), ETL pipelines, or enterprise data migration projects.
• Experience in deploying or configuring AI-driven automation within enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven capability to lead technical discussions and convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer-facing implementation projects with competing timelines.
• Excellent documentation skills—adept at producing requirements specifications, data maps, API specifications, and integration design artifacts.
• Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar applications.
