IT Systems Engineer, MES, Manufacturing Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the daily activities of the IT O&L Manufacturing team.

• Participate in deployments, updates, and implementation activities (rollout) of MES systems.

• Assist in resolving incidents and issues as needed, following established support processes.

• Operate and maintain IT systems used in manufacturing environments.

• Adhere to the established IT documentation procedures, processes, and standards.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to ensure system availability and reliability.

• Aid in troubleshooting system, application, or infrastructure problems.

• Document actions, configurations, and solutions to share knowledge and ensure continuity.

• Contribute to a stable IT environment that complies with regulations, aligned with manufacturing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in IT with an understanding of infrastructure and systems operations.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.

• Hands-on experience with Linux Server environments.

• Ability to follow defined processes and work in structured IT environments.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience in the deployment, support, or technical administration of MES systems.

• Knowledge of OpenShift or container-based environments.
