IT Systems Engineer – fully remote possible

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance and assistance to clients on IT infrastructure initiatives.

• Overseeing and managing internal systems to implement software solutions within the logistics sector.

• Ongoing enhancement of current systems and assessment of innovative solutions.

• Administration, setup, and deployment of highly available virtualization solutions.

• Assisting in the design and execution of contemporary network architectures.

• Executing support tasks for deployed IT systems and investigating complex incidents.

• Supporting technical initiatives and actively engaging in the integration of new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, an IT specialist apprenticeship in system integration, or several years of relevant professional experience in similar positions.

• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking.

• Familiarity with Oracle databases is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.

• A service-oriented and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Enthusiasm for contemporary IT.

• Valid Class B driver's license.

• Excellent command of German and fluent English proficiency.
