This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, support, and enhance IT infrastructure.
• Emphasize system administration and troubleshoot intricate technical challenges.
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion.
• Aid in managing user accounts and permissions across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Maintain MDM standards and perform patching in a multi-OS setting using various tools.
• Address complex IT service requests and deliver advanced technical support to internal users.
• Play a role in developing and refining AI agents and automation workflows.
• Assess emerging AI technologies, spearheading efforts to implement solutions.
• Track system performance and proactively identify issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain clear runbooks and documentation for IT processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as an IT Systems Engineer, system administrator, or in a comparable IT support position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Bash for task automation.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian).
• Experience with MDM solutions (Kandji/Iru, Jamf, FleetDM, ScaleFusion, etc.) and an understanding of identity management platforms like Okta.
• Practical experience in assessing, deploying, or creating AI-integrated workflows, including knowledge of MCP servers, automation platforms (Workato, n8n), or LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Ability to work strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including data privacy considerations when utilizing AI tools with sensitive company data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach and a proactive mindset.
