Internal Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct business analysis activities by providing support to stakeholders of specific system applications.

• Address user inquiries and issues, along with system enhancements.

• Gain an understanding of operational processes to identify solutions for existing issues.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions that may involve training, process adjustments, or changes to business rules.

• Develop and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user interface design.

• Engage in the complete project life cycle by being an active participant on project teams based on experience and requirements.

• Assist in various aspects of requirements testing to minimize production defects.

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, partners, and management by providing updates on project status.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant operational field (e.g. customer service, claims, enrollment and billing, etc.), which includes 1 to 3 years of technical application experience.

• Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

• (Lean) Six Sigma Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
