IT Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Test, maintain, and oversee computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of these programs and systems.

• Develop and manage knowledge base articles.

• Collaborate with internal development and product teams to enhance our product portfolio.

• Diagnose program and system issues to restore normal operations.

• Reproduce issues in test labs and work with development teams for bug fixes.

• Enhance and adapt systems to serve new functions or optimize workflow.

• Offer technical guidance and best practice recommendations for new deployments.

• Utilize computer tools and applications such as PowerShell, virtual environments like Hyper-V, VMware, Azure cloud services, Sysinternals Suite, Visual Studio Code, and VBS scripting to analyze and resolve business challenges.

• Develop integrated systems for production and inventory management, including cost analysis while leveraging knowledge of software packaging and deployment technologies like MSI, MSIX, EXE, and AppX.

• Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles.

• Engage with customers to identify their preferred deployment scenarios and provide guidance.

• Assist in configuration setups and facilitate understanding of various product features.

• Help troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during customer deployments.

• Reproduce technical challenges within test lab environments and work with development teams for efficient bug resolution.

• Provide technical guidance scenarios for new deployments.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the role offered, or 2 years in a related field providing support in configuration setups and understanding various product features.

• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues that may occur with customer deployments.

• Proficiency in reproducing technical problems within test lab environments and collaborating with development teams for effective bug resolution.

• Capability to provide technical guidance scenarios for new deployments.
