IT Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary resource for internal teams by providing training, troubleshooting, coaching, and ensuring effective utilization of our technology stack.

• Proactively detect areas lacking tool adoption, workflow inefficiencies, and system utilization issues, driving enhancements through process optimization, automation, and the intelligent use of existing tools instead of merely introducing new ones.

• Create and deliver streamlined training sessions, documentation, and guidance to enhance team proficiency and ensure consistency across systems.

• Collaborate with team members and the Filevine implementation team to assess technology requirements, enhance workflows, support data cleanup and migration, and assist with system configuration.

• Contribute innovative ideas for process enhancements, automation, and technology upgrades that maintain the scalability and efficiency of our stack.

• Assist in the development of new AI-driven systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in IT systems administration related to the areas of the Tech Stack mentioned above.

• Personable, enthusiastic, and eager to assist others in working more efficiently; you enjoy solving problems and discovering simpler methods to accomplish tasks.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management, including SSO and MFA.

• Excellent documentation skills and a comfort level working in asynchronous, remote environments.
