IT Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance our cloud-based SaaS environment.

• Take charge of core platforms independently (e.g., Microsoft 365, identity management systems).

• Address and resolve intricate issues.

• Foster automation and process enhancements to scale IT operations effectively.

• Manage essential security platforms such as Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and Mimecast.

• Regularly assess, refine, and optimize security tools to bolster our security posture.

• Track alerts, logs, and system health vigilantly.

• Lead or support security incident response efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems, security, or cloud operations.

• Practical experience in administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID).

• Strong troubleshooting abilities - you diagnose systematically, escalate when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved.

• Familiarity with managing an IT ticketing system (Freshservice).

• Comfortable with holding vendors accountable and overseeing external project timelines.

• Exceptional communication skills - capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

• Self-motivated and proactive - you take initiative and don't wait for issues to arise.
