IT Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Daily oversight of both internal and external managed infrastructures

• Providing behind-the-scenes assistance to on-site technical teams

• Acting as a liaison with software and cybersecurity vendors to troubleshoot, repair, and automate processes

• Conducting monthly network health assessments and reporting for managed services clients

• Fostering continuous enhancement of managed service alerting systems and proactive automation

• Contributing to team objectives related to SLA requirements, case resolution, and customer satisfaction

• Engaging in emergency on-call rotation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field is preferred

• Over 5 years of pertinent IT experience

• Proficient in administering the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, AD, Exchange, 365, Intune, Hyper-V, SentinelOne XDR, N-central RMM

• Familiarity with HP, Dell, and SonicWall equipment

• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, SonicWall Network Security Professional (SNSP)
