IT System Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and serve as the subject matter expert for tools including Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.

• Manage the monitoring and security of networks and network devices within the Netguru office, updating network systems, and overseeing their life cycle.

• Analyze the organization's IT needs and select and implement new technologies, applications, or solutions.

• Collaborate closely with other members of the IT Operations Team.

• Provide support to the Leader of the IT Operations Team in the pursuit of optimal IT & Security solutions for the business.

• Work closely with other departments within the company, particularly the Security and Legal departments.

• Consult on and implement solutions and requirements for the IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.

• Prepare and update documentation for both internal use and stakeholder engagement.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing with IT & Security teams and the broader Netguru organization.

• Understand and implement change management processes across the company.

• Support automation efforts, verify processes, and create workflows for non-technical departments.

• Participate in the procurement process for new tools, applications, and solutions for the company.

• Automate processes and tools for the IT Ops department and other organizational units, as well as maintain these automations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, and API utilization.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.

• A flexible and proactive approach to tasks.

• Experience with middleware tools such as Make.com, Zapier, and Slack Workflows.
