IT System Administrator – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Configure, set up, and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

• Activate and oversee AI functionalities within current SaaS platforms.

• Provide provisioning and support for AI agent infrastructure.

• Keep documentation updated for AI integrations.

• Remain informed about the evolving AI tooling ecosystem.

• Assist in the management of UserTesting’s IT systems.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding and offboarding processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise IT systems as a system administrator.

• Practical experience in MCP server setup and management, AI agent deployment, and AI feature configuration within enterprise SaaS tools.

• Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies in Python and/or Bash, along with proficiency in Git for version control, as well as JSON/YAML for configuration and API tasks.

• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and the ability to run and troubleshoot containerized services.

• Experience with API-based integrations, including managing keys, scoping permissions, reading documentation, and diagnosing connectivity issues.

• Capacity to operate within a Kanban-style environment.

• Capability to train and mentor IT Support staff on ITSM practices.

• Knowledge of IDP tools such as Okta, OAuth, and concepts related to SSO.

• AI platform certifications are advantageous, though hands-on experience is prioritized.
