
IT-Supporter – System Engineer, Service Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Acceptance and processing of cases, incidents, and service requests in 1st-level support.
• Providing telephone IT support to our customers during daily operations.
• Case management and structured handling of inquiries.
• Close collaboration across teams with 2nd- and 3rd-level support.
• Active maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of tickets.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English.
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
• Initial experience in service desk/helpdesk or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and M365.
• Understanding of ITIL-aligned processes (Case / Incident / Service Request).
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a strong service and customer orientation.
