This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Supervise and maintain the IT infrastructure of the office, guaranteeing high availability and optimal performance for over 1500 users.
• Assist internal users by diagnosing hardware and software problems, both on-site and remotely.
• Administer and configure network devices (such as switches and printers), workstations, and access control systems.
• Propel automation efforts by creating tools that enhance routine IT processes and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Ensure security and stability through proactive network monitoring, management of backups, and system auditing.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement the most suitable hardware and software solutions for the company’s changing requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows environments and familiarity with workstation-level software ecosystems.
• Knowledge of networking principles, including LAN management and workstation connectivity.
• Excellent communication abilities: capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in a patient and professional way.
• Technical proficiency: familiarity with Git, basic Linux skills, or script-writing capabilities.
• Language skills: English (B1+), Polish (C2).
