IT Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist) or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong foundational knowledge in IT support.

• Technical proficiency in Windows systems, networks, and various hardware and software.

• Experience with project-based work and a background in IT systems integration is a plus.

• Excellent service orientation.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in work approach.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Proficiency in German.

• Good command of English.

• Relevant professional experience.
