This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Deliver Level 2 support for in-house logistics and manufacturing applications and systems.
• Oversee, assess, and resolve incidents within QS and PROD environments.
• Assist with systems utilized on assembly lines to guarantee prompt and precise material delivery.
• Examine system performance based on configuration settings, thresholds, and production signals.
• Diagnose client-server applications operating in Linux and Windows environments.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, production personnel, and logistics stakeholders.
• Aid in deployments, configuration modifications, and initiatives aimed at system stability.
• Engage in an on-call rotation starting at 16:00, available year-round.
• Essential qualifications include:
• Proven experience in IT Support Level 2, focusing on application or system support.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in Linux-based server environments.
• Familiarity with database systems, specifically Oracle 19c, as utilized in this project.
• Comprehension of client-server architecture concepts.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
• Experience with Apache Web Server.
