This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver helpdesk support and troubleshoot user challenges across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms.

β€’ Oversee employee hardware from initial provisioning to recovery, encompassing shipping, tracking, and inventory management.

β€’ Establish, modify, and deactivate user accounts within company systems.

β€’ Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes in close partnership with the People & Culture team.

β€’ Manage and support a diverse range of SaaS tools, including access management, permissions, and basic configuration.

β€’ Assess and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and business significance.

β€’ Record recurring processes and develop clear, accessible how-to guides for employees.

β€’ Elevate complex issues when necessary and ensure follow-through to resolution.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Some background in helpdesk, IT support, or a comparable internal support role.

β€’ A natural problem solver β€” someone who is resourceful, self-motivated, and enjoys resolving challenges.

β€’ Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple open tickets and tasks concurrently.

β€’ Strong written communication abilities, including the talent to create clear user guides and internal documentation.

β€’ Comfortable navigating a wide array of tools and systems, and quick to adapt to new ones.

β€’ Residing in the EST timezone, preferably in or near Toronto, with convenient access to Canada Post.

β€’ Dedicated home workspace with adequate room to store and manage hardware shipments.

β€’ Having access to a vehicle is a significant advantage.

β€’ ****Bonus Points:**

β€’ Experience with Google Workspace administration.

β€’ Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/operations platforms.

β€’ Experience with a ticketing system (Jira or similar).

β€’ Experience handling hardware logistics for remote teams.
