This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify and rectify errors and malfunctions remotely utilizing remote access tools.
• Prioritize, categorize, and document issues within the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate support teams.
• Oversee and track tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and sharing expertise.
• Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk positions.
• Exceptional Bulgarian language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation paired with multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ability to prioritize, categorize, and accurately document tickets.
