This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for helpdesk tickets.
• Oversee and manage support tickets using Freshdesk.
• Update and maintain Excel reports and operational trackers.
• Track and report on helpdesk performance metrics.
• Keep hardware and software asset inventories up to date.
• Assist in the procurement of technology equipment and software.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and replacements.
• Address customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Escalate issues as necessary and collaborate with technical teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support and administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Fully remote position.
