IT Specialist — System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Installation and configuration of both client and server systems.

• Processing change requests and incident reports submitted by our customers.

• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software error messages.

• Serve as the primary contact for IT-related issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

• Assist in the planning, expansion, and optimization of IT infrastructure and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in administering Microsoft products.

• Familiarity with network infrastructure including WLAN, VLAN, routers, firewalls, and printers.

• Understanding of backup strategies is desirable.

• Proficiency in Windows client management.

• A pragmatic and analytical mindset with confident PC hardware support skills.

• Knowledge of Linux servers would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
