• Deliver technical assistance to end-users concerning hardware, software, and networking challenges through phone, email, and in-person support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Conduct routine maintenance activities, such as software updates and system backups.
• Refer complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
• Keep precise records of support incidents and resolutions using a helpdesk ticketing system.
• Offer end-user training and guidance on utilizing hardware and software applications.
• Work collaboratively with other IT professionals to identify and resolve ongoing technical issues.
• Act as the IT Service Owner for designated applications.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, ideally within the transportation and logistics sector or a similar field.
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with various file transfer protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is advantageous.
