• Achieve a 99% resolution rate for all IT requests within set SLAs by enhancing the Asana ticketing workflow, ensuring that technical challenges do not hinder the company's operational efficiency.
• Mitigate unauthorized access risks by applying Zero-Trust principles across all Google Workspace components and implementing a robust SSO/Secure LDAP framework within the initial 6 months.
• Ensure that 100% of corporate devices comply with CIS benchmarks and internal hardening standards through the automated enforcement of MDM (Mobile Device Management) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies.
• Maintain uninterrupted uptime for critical network integrations and resolve all SIEM security alerts within specified response timelines by executing proactive firmware lifecycle management and real-time monitoring.
• Recover a minimum of 20% of the IT team's weekly capacity by recognizing recurring manual tasks (such as onboarding and access requests) and substituting them with automated scripts or workflow integrations.
• 4-5 years of demonstrated experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Cybersecurity roles, preferably within high-growth startup environments.
• Profound expertise in Google Workspace Administration and management of corporate IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and endpoints).
• Strong experience in managing hybrid environments (macOS, Windows, Linux) with an emphasis on scalability.
• Practical experience in implementing Zero-Trust frameworks, including SSO, Secure LDAP, and advanced Chrome security settings.
• Proven success in managing MDM and DLP policies to safeguard sensitive data and ensure adherence to standards such as ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS.
• Advanced knowledge in hardening devices according to industry benchmarks and addressing SIEM alerts within stringent SLAs.
• High-level proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Apps Script) to automate repetitive IT tasks and workflows.
• Experience in integrating diverse platforms (e.g., Asana, HRIS, Identity Providers) to enhance the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Capability to reduce operational overhead by a minimum of 20% through ongoing process optimization.
• Utilizes data and system logs to pinpoint root causes and mitigate risks through proactive strategies.
• Implements "permanent fixes" instead of "temporary patches," significantly lowering the reoccurrence rates of tickets.
• Maintains composure and technical rigor during high-pressure scenarios or security incidents.
• Predicts future infrastructure requirements and independently discovers opportunities to enhance team effectiveness.
• Demonstrates a self-motivated eagerness to learn new technologies and take full accountability for projects.
• Exhibits a "bias for action" by rectifying gaps in documentation or security before they are brought to attention by others.
• Translates complex technical information into clear, accessible guidance for non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborates effectively with other departments (People, Finance, Eng) to address their specific IT needs and challenges.
