IT Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and sustain automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes across various applications.

• Execute birthright roles and workflows triggered by HiBob for joiners, movers, and leavers.

• Integrate systems such as HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS platforms.

• Establish dependable workflows utilizing REST APIs, SCIM, and self-hosted n8n.

• Set up and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and SAML flows in JumpCloud.

• Manage SSO application integrations and resolve provisioning and authentication challenges.

• Implement security automations for local admin removal and enforcement of least-privilege access.

• Contribute to initiatives related to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.

• Administer and enhance Jira Service Management, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.

• Configure workflows, request types, forms, and automations in JSM.

• Develop and test JumpCloud MDM policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment on Windows and macOS.

• Oversee software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale through Apple Business Manager.

• Monitor logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify inefficiencies and minimize costs.

• Produce technical documentation for configurations, automation workflows, and API mappings.

• Lead smaller technical projects from the requirement stage through to delivery.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.

• Assist Finom employees and enhance internal IT processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.

• Practical knowledge across Windows and macOS environments.

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with JumpCloud or a similar IdP, including SSO, SCIM, and SAML.

• Robust MDM/UEM experience with JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf.

• Experience developing endpoint profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM, and n8n or comparable automation/iPaaS platforms.

• Proficient in administering Google Workspace or M365.

• Experience with ITSM tools, particularly Jira Service Management.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Advanced capability in utilizing AI tools for troubleshooting and automation.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, and SaaS governance tooling is a significant advantage.

• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS-driven automation is a strong plus.

• Experience with Tequipy or similar hardware lifecycle tools is a strong plus.

• Background in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments is a strong plus.

• ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification are strong assets, or a willingness to obtain certification.
