IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to effectively deliver various technical initiatives.

• Responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting across multiple technical workstreams.

• Ensure all technical projects and streams stay on schedule by actively managing project timelines, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks proactively, and ensuring preparedness for upcoming milestones.

• Work in close partnership with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners.

• Maintain consistent delivery practices, compliance with Eurofins’ standards, and robust integration across all technical domains.

• Provide updates on activities and outcomes to stakeholders, including risks and obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in managing complex technical IT projects within highly regulated environments.

• Preferably possess a solid understanding of the Java technology stack.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context.

• Highly organized and disciplined, capable of bringing structure, clarity, and dependable follow-through to complex, fast-paced project environments.

• Ability to swiftly change context across various technical topics and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex technical information for senior leadership.

• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing high-quality project status presentations and steering committee materials.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
