IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager – 6 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and various IT teams to effectively deliver multiple technical projects.

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on several technical workstreams.

• Ensure that all technical projects and streams stay on course by actively managing project timelines, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks promptly, and preparing for upcoming milestones.

• Work in partnership with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners.

• Ensure consistent delivery practices, compliance with Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments.

• Preferably possess a solid understanding of the Java technology stack.

• Proven experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context.

• Highly disciplined and organized, capable of bringing structure, clarity, and reliable follow-through to complex, fast-moving project environments.

• Ability to quickly switch context across different technical topics and stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical information for senior leadership and adapt communication, content, and language for various groups of program stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing high-quality project status presentations and steering committee materials.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
