This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide operational assistance and oversight for meeting rooms, ensuring the setup, configuration, and functionality of available technological resources.
• Design and develop audio, video, and videoconferencing projects tailored for corporate settings.
• Have a strong understanding of both fixed and mobile corporate telephony solutions.
• Manage and support technical inquiries related to videoconferencing and corporate communication services.
• Ensure effective integration among communication platforms, telephony, and corporate systems.
• Define, monitor, and report on performance, cost, consumption, and governance metrics for the services you oversee.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvements in processes, services, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to devise solutions that improve the user experience.
• Manage vendor, carrier, and strategic partner relationships, ensuring oversight of deliveries and service levels.
• Work in cooperation with Networks, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Support teams.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
• Ensure adherence to information security policies and guidelines, contributing to the safeguarding of the platform against internal and external threats.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with audio, video, and videoconferencing systems.
• Familiarity with corporate telephony systems.
• Knowledge of managing telecommunications carriers and vendors.
• Understanding of operational metrics and service governance.
• Experience in documentation and process standardization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone solutions.
• Familiarity with agile and Lean methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across various departments.
• Customer-focused with an emphasis on user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
