This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of incoming issues from the first point of contact to resolution, ensuring services are restored promptly and professionally.

• Monitor, prioritize, and update tickets to ensure nothing is overlooked and users remain informed.
• Identify recurring patterns, contribute to knowledge base articles, and assist in minimizing repetitive issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and specialists to address more intricate problems and enhance your learning experience.
• Advance your technical skills, confidence, and comprehension of how IT facilitates a contemporary organization.
