IT Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee Laminar’s IT security systems while identifying and addressing cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

• Enhance security systems and guarantee compliance with industry standards, regulatory obligations, and best practices.

• Align security procedures with ISO 27001 and SOC2 certifications.

• Take ownership of Laminar’s IT policies and operational guidelines.

• Manage software, hardware, and infrastructure effectively.

• Set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for user support.

• Lead and coordinate the IT team’s efforts.

• Provide exceptional IT support across all departments.

• Recognize and alleviate IT security risks while addressing system vulnerabilities.

• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards and regulations.

• Build and sustain a high-performing IT department.

• Skilled in managing software, hardware, and infrastructure.

• Capable of establishing SLAs for user support.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills for an IT team.
