📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance enterprise-wide DLP controls.

• Collaborate with cloud architects and application teams to integrate DLP and CASB controls into cloud-native environments.

• Create and enforce advanced DLP policies that align with security standards.

• Work in close partnership with SOC and SIEM teams to ensure high-fidelity telemetry and alerting.

• Act as a technical authority for complex DLP and CASB incidents.

• Provide guidance in aligning DLP controls with GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.

• Establish standards for data classification, masking, retention, archival, and secure data flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in DLP engineering, cybersecurity, or cloud security roles.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, AIP, labels, classifiers, DLP/Information Protection, Netskope DLP/CASB, and cloud security controls.

• Demonstrated experience in engineering DLP policies, integrating with cloud applications, and supporting enterprise-scale environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of MDCA / Defender for Cloud Apps, AWS, Azure, GCP data-protection patterns, SIEM (Splunk), log pipelines, and dashboards.
