IT Sales Consultant – with responsibility for building the sales organization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You will engage in operational sales activities and take charge of shaping our future sales framework.

• You will oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

• You will proactively identify and acquire new clients in the B2B sector.

• You will independently conduct introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

• You will create a dependable sales pipeline and gain a comprehensive understanding of the market and target demographic.

• You will assess and validate which sales strategies are effective for our product.

• You will establish a clear sales strategy, including target customers, positioning, and market entry tactics.

• You will define the processes, tools, and key performance indicators necessary for a scalable sales system.

• You will organize the sales funnel and enhance conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey.

• You will set the foundation for future team structures.

• You will gradually develop your own sales team, focusing on hiring, enabling, and leading them.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B software or IT sales.

• Demonstrated success in independently building sales pipelines and closing deals.

• Understanding of scalable sales processes and funnel dynamics.

• Ideally, experience in establishing or further refining sales frameworks.

• A strong hands-on approach and a high level of personal accountability.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to implement solutions in a pragmatic manner.
