• You will set the foundation for future team structures.
• You will gradually develop your own sales team, focusing on hiring, enabling, and leading them.
• Several years of experience in B2B software or IT sales.
• Demonstrated success in independently building sales pipelines and closing deals.
• Understanding of scalable sales processes and funnel dynamics.
• Ideally, experience in establishing or further refining sales frameworks.
• A strong hands-on approach and a high level of personal accountability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to implement solutions in a pragmatic manner.
