IT Researcher – Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek qualified candidates based on vacancy specifications through various channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, job boards, and social networks.

• Perform CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and ensure all information remains current.

• Reach out to potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and foster initial engagement.

• Conduct market analysis, research, and create reports and presentations to aid in hiring decisions.

• Organize, structure, and enhance internal recruitment databases along with related reports.

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to facilitate seamless hiring processes.

• Execute additional duties as required in alignment with the responsibilities of this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company in a junior/assistant/researcher capacity.

• Bachelor's degree or higher (flexible scheduling options available for students).

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with outstanding organizational skills.

• Adaptability, resilience, and the capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• An analytical mindset with the proficiency to process, interpret, and present data effectively.
