IT Researcher – Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out qualified candidates that meet vacancy specifications through various channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, job boards, and social media.

• Perform CV evaluations, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and ensure all information is kept current.

• Reach out to potential candidates (including 'cold' outreach) and establish initial engagement.

• Conduct market research, analyze data, and create reports and presentations to inform hiring decisions.

• Organize, maintain, and enhance internal recruitment databases and associated reports.

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to facilitate seamless hiring processes.

• Carry out additional tasks as required in alignment with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company in a junior, assistant, or researcher role.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible scheduling options available for students).

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, in both written and verbal communication.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Adaptability, resilience, and capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• An analytical mindset with the skill to process, interpret, and effectively present data.

• Innovative and “out-of-the-box” thinking to discover new sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
