IT Researcher – Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek qualified candidates based on job requirements through various channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, forums, internal databases, job boards, and social media.

• Perform CV evaluations, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and ensure all information is current.

• Reach out to potential candidates (including proactive outreach) and foster initial engagement.

• Conduct market research, analyze data, and create reports and presentations to support recruitment decisions.

• Organize, maintain, and enhance internal recruitment databases and associated reports.

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to facilitate efficient hiring processes.

• Undertake additional duties as necessary in alignment with the role’s objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or IT firm in a junior/assistant/researcher capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule is available for students).

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above, in both written and spoken forms.

• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

• Adaptability, resilience, and the capability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
