IT Project Manager – Test Data Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Direct the comprehensive execution of intricate IT projects, ensuring effective governance, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and coordination with enterprise-level stakeholders.

• Manage the entire data provisioning lifecycle for enterprise applications, which involves formulating complex data strategies and developing extensive data catalogs.

• Guarantee strict compliance with data privacy regulations and standards (such as GDPR) by establishing robust masking, anonymization, and audit access frameworks.

• Collaborate with technical teams to assess IT architecture, infrastructure configurations (both cloud and hybrid), and organize efficient, secure testing environments.

• Perform thorough tool assessments and gap analyses to suggest and implement the most effective software solutions for data lifecycle management.

• Integrate data management efforts with broader testing activities, overseeing demand-driven scope across regression testing, UAT, and DevOps pipelines.

• Propel the standardization of technical documentation, creating blueprints, taxonomies, and templates to ensure long-term scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in IT Project Management within large-scale, complex settings.

• Hands-on experience in managing enterprise data lifecycles, data provisioning strategies, or data management in test environments.

• Profound knowledge of data privacy regulations, GDPR compliance, and techniques for data masking and anonymization.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, environment orchestration, and the evaluation of technical tools or software solutions.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with full professional proficiency in English.

• Residency in Germany is a prerequisite.
