IT Project Manager – Enterprise Data, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive execution of intricate IT projects, overseeing governance, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and ensuring alignment with enterprise-level stakeholders.

• Manage the entire data provisioning lifecycle for enterprise applications, which includes defining complex data strategies and developing extensive data catalogs.

• Guarantee compliance with data privacy regulations and standards (such as GDPR) by implementing effective masking, anonymization, and audit access models.

• Collaborate with technical teams to assess IT architecture, infrastructure setups (both cloud and hybrid), and coordinate efficient, secure testing environments.

• Perform thorough tool evaluations and fit-gap analyses to suggest and implement the best software solutions for data lifecycle management.

• Align data management efforts with broader testing processes, managing demand-based scope across regression testing, UAT, and DevOps pipelines.

• Promote the standardization of technical documentation by establishing blueprints, taxonomies, and templates for long-term scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in IT Project Management within large-scale, complex enterprise settings.

• Direct experience in managing enterprise data lifecycles, data provisioning strategies, or data management for test environments.

• Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks, GDPR compliance, and techniques for data masking/anonymization.

• Proficiency in navigating IT infrastructure, orchestrating environments, and evaluating technical tools or software solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with full professional proficiency in English.

• Residency in Germany is a requirement.
