• We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in software development and digital transformation projects, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing business requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technological solutions.

• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience working with clients and technical teams in dynamic environments. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders, users, and development teams.

• This role requires a strategic business vision, customer orientation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within agile and collaborative environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Manage software development projects, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.

• Understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional requirements.

• Coordinate communication between clients, users, and technical teams.

• Define work plans, priorities, and activity tracking.

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

• Manage risks, obstacles, and conflict resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Continuously monitor project status and report progress to stakeholders.

• Ensure proper validation and release of software products.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and digital products.

• Coordinate training and functional support for users when necessary.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software development projects.

• Experience working with development teams, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge in managing technology projects and requirements gathering.

• Experience coordinating end-to-end projects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Advanced conversational and written English skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical capability and critical thinking.

• Software project management.

• Documentation of functional and technical requirements.
