IT Project Manager – Cloud Solutions Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for implementing the cloud time-capture solution (time tracking/time recording) for member firms, adhering to global IT processes and governance to meet both project and operational goals.

• Collaborates closely with Business Programme Leaders to oversee the solution lifecycle, guiding implementation teams in partnership with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical/development groups, and service operations.

• Serves as the main contact for the client during daily implementations, facilitating workshops and impromptu meetings to gather requirements and explore solutions.

• Knowledge of account management services (Direct Account Management) for particular initiatives or regions, aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

• Applying information security practices, including standards like ISO 27001.

• Demonstrated experience and strong capability in executing change management strategies and IT transformation initiatives, with solid operational background.

• Communicating SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and analyzing performance discrepancies.

• Managing and operating budgets aligned with targets and service levels.

• Implementing and spearheading time-management initiatives across Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Communications, and Change Management.

• Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders: local IT, Human Resources (HC), and Finance leadership.
