IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee timelines for more than 60 concurrent projects by developing project plans, launch deadlines, and milestone schedules.

• Identify potential project risks and proactively propose solutions to ensure projects remain on course.

• Monitor project tasks, deliverables, and resource allocations to guarantee timely execution.

• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Update and maintain project data in ClickUp.

• Work closely with the current Wing assistant to ensure seamless project continuity.

• Raise project concerns as needed and implement suitable follow-up actions.

• Ensure that multiple projects advance according to the established schedule while upholding quality and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple IT projects concurrently with minimal oversight.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in ClickUp or comparable project management tools (e.g., Asana or Monday.com).

• Strong knowledge of IT and software implementation settings, including testing and production environments, as well as system integrations.

• Exceptional project planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing risks.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
