This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee various project teams to successfully deliver multiple medium to large-sized IT projects concurrently.
• Surpass customer expectations for each project undertaken.
• Manage both internal and external resources as well as schedules throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT teams to take ownership of project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Improve systems and processes to guarantee the availability and optimal functioning of project teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle using established project management templates.
• Advocate for industry-standard processes and frameworks.
• Comply with internal control practices within the IT department.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT project management or coordination.
• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider environment supporting multiple client engagements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks with precision while managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Capability to collaborate and build influence with a diverse range of technical personnel across various service lines.
• Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders at different organizational tiers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with external stakeholders, from end users to C-Suite executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, including Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and the latest versions of Windows.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Aptitude to take charge of intricate situations and safeguard team members.
• Capacity to analyze business challenges through a technological perspective.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and mentoring others.
• Skill in conveying complex technological concepts to non-technical individuals at all levels of client organizations.
• Strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting experience.

• Competitive salary; expected starting range between $75,000-$90,000.
