IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Execution of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in accordance with established scope and timelines

• Support for Azure cloud migration projects

• Coordination of infrastructure installations, including network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud integration

• Implementation of enterprise voice and unified communications solutions (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)

• Development of project documentation such as schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers

• Reporting on pre-defined project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)

• Collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as necessary to achieve results

• Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)

• Provision of services in alignment with applicable security, governance, and architectural guidelines set by the client

• Involvement in post-engagement reviews and activities aimed at continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in delivering IT project or program management services

• More than 4 years of experience in executing Azure cloud migration projects

• Demonstrated experience in delivering infrastructure transformation initiatives

• Experience in providing consulting services to external enterprise clients

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies

• Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators

• Experience collaborating with distributed and international project teams

• Proficient in English (minimum C1 level)

• French language proficiency is an advantage

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred

• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS

• Experience with ITIL or service transition processes

• Background in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments
