IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Achieve the defined project objectives

• Implement IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology initiatives

• Provide support for Azure cloud migration projects

• Oversee the deployment of infrastructure components (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)

• Lead enterprise voice and unified communications projects (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)

• Create project documentation, including timelines, delivery strategies, and risk management logs

• Monitor and report on established project performance indicators (scope, schedule, quality, risks)

• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and client representatives

• Keep RAID logs updated (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)

• Ensure service delivery adheres to relevant security, governance, and architectural standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in IT project or program management

• More than 4 years of experience in Azure cloud migration projects

• Demonstrated success in delivering infrastructure transformation initiatives

• Experience providing consulting services to external enterprise clients

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies

• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integration

• Ability to work with distributed and international project teams

• Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)

• French language skills are advantageous

• Preferred project management certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS

• Experience with ITIL or service transition methodologies

• Background in highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
