IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, execute, and deliver projects punctually, within budget constraints, and in alignment with quality standards.

• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Oversee daily project operations across various teams.

• Monitor project progress, priorities, obstacles, and risks.

• Proactively address issues and escalate concerns at an early stage.

• Ensure accountability and operational efficiency among all project stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance project workflows, tools, and methodologies.

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients.

• Cultivate strong client trust through prompt responses and clear communication.

• Provide regular updates regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.

• Ensure clients consistently feel supported and well-informed.

• Identify opportunities for improving delivery and increasing client satisfaction.

• Monitor budgets, project expenses, and resource utilization.

• Optimize resource planning and task assignments across teams.

• Define staffing and hiring requirements for assigned projects/accounts.

• Facilitate recruitment processes in collaboration with technical interviewers.

• Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and team capabilities.

• Promote team efficiency, collaboration, and overall project health.

• Provide operational feedback to team members.

• Assist in resolving team performance or collaboration issues.

• Foster alignment with the company's culture, values, and delivery expectations.

• Track KPIs related to project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and risk assessments.

• Utilize data-driven insights to implement process enhancements.

• Contribute to the refinement of internal project management standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar delivery role.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects at once successfully.

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

• Proactive in communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.

• Experience in software delivery environments.

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and traditional project management methodologies.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI-driven decision-making.

• Strong cultural alignment and team leadership skills.

• Fluent in English (at least C1 level).
